Description
Step-free access for mobility aid users is provided from the right-hand side of the building, where there is a dropped kerb and an access ramp.
Street parking is available, but there are no designated parking spaces. Parking is possible in the car park next to Kannel (entrance from Kreutzwaldi Street), on Liiva Street (next to Kannel there are two bays with a total of 8 spaces), and in the parking spaces along the side of Kannel (8 spaces). If needed, parking is also possible along Kreutzwaldi Street and in the more distant spaces on Liiva Street.
The building has adaptations in the toilet facilities, but no accessibility features have been provided for people with hearing or visual impairments (e.g., guiding paths, tactile information, etc.).
