The internal layout of the building and the interior decoration of its five rooms are a national monument of art and architecture. The Palace of Culture is engaged in cultural education and the organisation of cultural events. The Palace of Culture houses the VEF History Museum and a souvenir room. In 2017, the renovated VEF Palace of Culture was inaugurated after reconstruction. The Palace is easy to enter and move around. There is an elevator to all floors. The heavy central entrance door can be a problem. The staff is helpful.
