Valmiera’s St.Simon Church is one of the most important medieval architectural monuments of Latvia. You can climb the church tower during church hours. From the observation deck of the tower there is an impressive view of Valmiera and Gauja. The panorama can also be observed with the help of an interactive screen in the church hall, which broadcasts live from the tower.
