Tõrva is a historical holiday resort that received the status of an official holiday resort from the Government of the Republic already in 1937. There is a 25-meter swimming pool with three lanes, the lowest part of which is 1.05 m, and the deepest part is 1.60 m deep. The temperature of the pool water is 28 °C, which is suitable for bathers, athletes as well as those simply enjoying the pleasures of water.
Description
Upon entry, there is a steep hill and automated doors, assistance may be needed. To access the ground-level floor, an elevator is available. The interior offers some visual contrast, and the sauna doors require careful handling. However, navigating the space for the first time may be challenging, so we recommend coming with assistance.
Access to the pool is via stairs, which have handrails on both sides. There are no additional aids such as a pool lift. An accessible toilet is available, as well as coat hooks at different heights, but there is no separate shower chair.
