The Švarcenieki manor building currently houses the Mārupe Municipality Day Center for Children and Youth “Švarcenieki”. The building was constructed in 1826 as the summer residence of the Švarc family, Riga patricians, in the Piņķi parish, and was used for hunting and recreational purposes. On January 15, 2016, at the request of the Mārupe Municipality, the Švarcenieki manor building was included in the list of state-protected cultural monuments.

There is a parking area for people with disabilities near the manor. The building is accessible via a gentle ramp. There is only a high threshold at the entrance, which can be crossed with the help of an assistant. Visitors can move freely throughout the spacious rooms. There is also an accessible restroom.
