When arriving to Munamägi the parking spots are near the entrance of the centre and are quite wide although there are no marked parking spots.
Going up the hill itself is free, for an extra fee you can go up the stairs in the Munamäe observation tower (discounts for different groups are applied) to the top. Getting in from the main entrance is a bit difficult, since there are no handrails. There is also an elevator in the tower what takes visitors to the last floor, where you can see the view from the windows but not completely to the top of the observation tower.
There are different paths around the mountain and bigger ones have benches with handrails.
