It should be taken into account that there is no tactile information for visually impaired persons, such as guidance paths, signs, or wayfinding markers.

Description

When entering the library through the main entrance, there are three steps and no handrails. The Rõuge Community Centre has a large, spacious hall with movable chairs and level access. Upon entering the community centre, there is a cloakroom and benches without armrests.

There is a large parking area on the right side of the building; however, there are no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. To access the library, there is a ramp at the back of the building, where parking is also possible. The ramp leading into the building is rather steep (with a gradient of more than 5%). The door is heavy to open.

The entrance leads to the catering area, from which it is possible to access the hall and then proceed to the library. At the end of the catering area, on the left-hand side, there is an accessible restroom with sufficient space for people using mobility aids. The restroom is marked and equipped with grab bars, etc., but there is no baby changing table.
