Kolm Tilli is a restaurant inspired by the street kitchens of the world located in Aparaaditehas in Tartu.
The underlying concept of street cuisine is the preparation of street food – an open kitchen is the heart of the place, next to which there is a separate corner for pizza making and for baked goods, and all this is supported by a cocktail bar following world trends and classics. Visitors can watch their food and drink being prepared from the first moment of preparation to a delicious meal. Kolm Tilli starts early in the morning and ends late in the evening. One of the largest restaurants in Estonia offers taste experiences for everyone with its exciting cultural programme.
Description
Kolm Tilli restaurant is located in the inner court of Aparaaditehas. When finding the restaurant you first have to park outside in a bigger parking lot where you can find one marked disabled parking spot. Since the Europark parking lot is gravel then we suggest that wheelchair users come with an assistant. From the parking lot you need to cross the road and then you enter court on a wide road. Kolm Tilli is located on the far right side corner of the courtyard. It might be hard to spot the restaurants sign (high up and small) but in the summer big glass doors are open, seating is also outside and all the staff are really helpful. The interior is rather in dark colours so the contrast is not the best but the seatings contrast is good. The toilet in restaurant itself in not really wheelchair accessible so we suggest that visitors who are wheelchair users, use a toilet 120 meters away from Kolm Tilli. In the courtyard there is a wheelchair accessible public toilet what you can find by a signage called “Puhvet”.
