“Koka Rīga” is located at Krāsotāju iela 12. The building was constructed by Jānis Krēsliņš in 1876 according to a design by architect H. Geigenmiller. The apartments had two rooms with a shared entrance through the kitchen, where two stoves were connected to the room stoves. The building was renovated in 2013. There is a workshop next to the building in the courtyard.
The building can be accessed from the courtyard via a ramp. However, the space is narrow at the outer door, so it is advisable to use the assistance of an assistant to get inside the building via the mobile ramp. The building has an adapted toilet.
