At the Print and Paper Art Centre you can rent rooms and take part in interactive workshops: try different printing techniques, make paper, and see how the equipment works. The approach is personal, and tours are always accompanied by a guide. According to the feedback from Tripadvisor, TYPA ranked 1st among the 124 institutions and 28 museums in Tartu. This museum is also pet friendly and guide-dogs are most welcome. Discounts for people with disabilities.

Description

The parking spaces are located 20 metres from the museum’s main entrance, where there is a separate wheelchair-accessible entrance. There is a 10-12 cm threshold at the main entrance. The museum asks that you call before arriving so that the availability of a free space and suitable path conditions around the building can be ensured.

In the museum you will find different objects that you can touch, listen and see so there is something for everyone. Museum staff can adapt communication for people with visual impairments. The exhibition includes several interactive elements, but not everything is accessible (for example, temporary exhibitions are presented as text or images on the walls, but descriptions are missing).

The toilet doesn´t have handrails and is of a smaller-size.
