Entry from the street into the building is step-free. The nearest designated parking space for a person with a disability is in front of the Põltsamaa Rural Municipality Government building (approx. 90 m away), but there is often enough space to park on the street, and the leveled transitions and smooth pavements are helpful. There are no tactile guidance rails leading to the building for visitors with visual impairments, and the menu and dish descriptions can be requested from the staff.
The toilet is too small to accommodate every type of mobility aid. The wooden outdoor terrace is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the Põltsamaa River.
