The Pokuland theme park on the borders of Võru and Põlva Counties was created after a children’s book, Pokumaa by Edgar Valter, and its main characters – Pokus. Pokus were created after sedge tussocks, or clumps of long, thick grass that grow in the bogs.
Description
Access to the main building for disabled people is to the 1st floor. There is an audio guide. One toilet could be adapted to suit wheelchair users, e.g. an auxiliary button, handrails. In order to reach the Padasoo concert venue and the café there, it is necessary to walk along a long and steep landscape path. Handrails could be provided to help you walk along this path.
Natural hiking trails are not suitable for people with mobility problems.
