The first open-plan bakery of Latvia’s oldest bakery chain, allowing customers to see freshly baked loves and muffins emerge from the stove. Our dough is prepared by a team of young workers also developing multimedia skills and marketing content for the Āgenskalns market, in an international project supported by the German embassy.
