Description
The entrance floor is levelled with Rüütli street, so it´s easilly accessible. The service counter is high, but the staff is friendly and arrangements can be made. In the evenings, table service is provided. There is a variety of seating options – higher bar-style tables and standard-height seating.
To access the toilet, it is necessary to exit the premises and re-enter through the side door, then use the lift to reach the second floor. The lift has tactile and Braille buttons, but the voice announcements are not activated.
The toilet is accommodates most wheelchairs, however electric ones can have some difficulty accessing due to the babychanging table on the wall.
