Avinurme Woodworking Centre is a tourism centre which is home to local craftsmen. It offers the widest selection of woodwork products in Estonia, including dozens of sauna and household items. The Woodworking centre offers hands-on workshops where visitors can try woodworking, different services (e.g., seminar-related options and group packages). Catering that can be ordered for events the online, shop section for browsing and purchasing products and it´s possbile to buy woodwork on-site.
Description
When arriving at the Avinurme Woodworking Centre, there are a few parking spots in front of the building, but no desiganted parking spaces available. There is a ramp leading inside, which is steep (about 21-24 percentages). There is no elevator inside the building and the second floor is reachable by stairs. The toilet is located on the entering level and has handrails. However, the width of the room doesn´t accommodate a bigger electric wheelchair.
It can be a little bit difficult to move inside the shopping area due to various products placement on tables and floor. The second floor workshop is spacious.
