From December 3, 2023 the cafe “Pie zelta liepas” invites visitors again. It now operates as a social enterprise that trains people with functional disabilities and develops their skills; provides first work experience and the opportunity to work for people with disabilities; promotes public education about an inclusive environment. There is also a tourist information center on the 1st floor of the building.

The building has an adapted toilet for people with mobility impairments, there is a ramp and there is a parking space for people with disabilities near the cafe.
