Description:

Brocēni Forest Park has been developed into a pleasant area for active recreation, featuring walking trails for exploring the forest, playgrounds for children, and several picnic areas. It is accessible to pedestrians, cyclists, parents with strollers, and people using wheelchairs.

The total length of the walking trails is 3.25 km, but visitors can choose their own routes according to their preferences. Rhododendron plantings can be seen in the park, delighting visitors with their vibrant blooms in early summer.

The park also features an obstacle course with more than 20 sections of varying difficulty. The course is free to use and does not require prior booking.

Two tactile information stands have been installed in Mežaparks, featuring plants and berries found in the park. These stands allow visitors to explore the textures of berries and flowers through touch, as well as access information in a tactile format and in Braille.
