Description

When arriving at the hotel, all visitors who wish to park in the hotel’s private parking lot (located across the road from the hotel) need to let the hotel know beforehand. The hotel is located in the Old town so there are also a few marked parking spots near the hotel available. When you wish to access the hotel with a stroller or a wheelchair you need to enter the hotel from the Rüütli street side since the Küütri main entrance has steps when entering.

Entering from the Rüütli side you can reach an elevator that takes you to the lover floor where the reception (and also breakfast) is located and later you can also use it to reach other floors. There are also stairs in the hotel with handrail that can be used. Beside the reception you can find an accessible toilet which can be seen a bit badly since the whole wall is covered in a mirror at this point (recommendations for improvement were made).

The rooms are very well marked and it is rather easy to find room numbers and navigate in the hotel. The hotel has an accessible room but they also have bigger rooms that are not specially tailored but might also be suitable. We recommend contacting the hotel to discuss your specific needs before visiting. You can also do your check-in on the phone in this hotel and it is also a Green Key hotel.
