Riisa Nature Trail runs through the picturesque bog and the forests along the Navesti River. You can also see completely open and watery bog pools. Along the way, it is possible to sit and rest at designated spots and enjoy the silence of the bog. The bus stop at the beginning of the trail doesn´t have an elevated platform which makes it difficult to arrive by bus. Parking spaces available at the beginning of the trail with a ramp leading to the path.
Description
At the beginning of the trail, there is a toilet (no handrails, but enough space for a larger wheelchair). At the end of the trail, there is a swimming spot with wooden handrails for support, a few steps, and a resting bench. The boardwalk has edges and passing points along the trail. The accessible part of the trail is an out-and-back route.
There are no tactile signs or other elements to support visually impaired visitors along the route.
