With its troupe in business since 1992, the restored New Theatre building offers performances in three halls: the Grand hall, New hall, and the Small hall, all interconnected by an elevator for accessibility. A forecourt has been set up in front of the elevator door for invalids’ additional convenience . Each of the performance halls has dedicated seats set up for viewers in a wheelchair, requiring notice to be given at least 2 weeks in advance, by contacting customer service at 29164535 . Every floor in the theatre building has a specialized toilet for viewers whose mobility has been impaired. Likewise, hearing aids can be requested for aurally challenged viewers. Seats at the front row are similarly reserved exclusively for those suffering from vision impairments. Guidance signs clealy displayed on the premises and in Braille script on staircase railing.
