In 1991 the sculptor Ojārs Arvīds Feldbergs obtained the manors of Firckspedvale and Brinkenpedvale and started developing the Open-air Art Museum. From September 2018 it is the Pedvale Art Park.
The territory of the Art Park covers area of almost 100 hectares with various art objects (mostly stone sculptures), created during symposia and workshops. Among the sculptures, there is a well-trodden path (well maintained and regularly mowed), which is accessible to users of electric wheelchairs with a length of ~ 1km and recommended with an assistant. In the territory, there is also the Firckspedvale manor with international artists’ residency and rooms for living, creative work, as well as exhibitions and workshops. Manor building is accessible to wheelchair users.
