Description:

Keila Jõepark (River Park) is located by the Keila river on the territory of the old Keila Manor. The history of the park goes back to the 17th century. On a stroll through the green park one can spot the ruins of a small castle and a pre-historic sacrificial stone. The park is also the home to various bat species. On summer nights one can spot them flying in the park.

There is a pedestrian bridge where wheelchair users might need assistance. It is also possible to take other routes to avoid the bridge.

How to get there:

If you are driving to Keila from Tallinn, choose Ülesõidu Street to cross the railway. Then turn left to Jõe Street. Turn left again in the end of Jõe Street. Cross the small river bridge and drive straight until the end of Linnuse Street where you will see the museum. If you are arriving from Pärnu or Haapsalu, the brown-white and blue-white museum signs on Tallinn-Haapsalu road will guide you until the river bridge. After crossing the bridge, follow Linnuse Street until you reach the museum.
