Mokko Country Hotel

In Mokko Country Hotel there is space for up to 40 people, in the summer for more. The rooms are located in six different buildings that are situated close to each other around a beautiful flower garden.

Description

You can park in a car park with an unpaved, compacted surface before entering. There are no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. When entering the garden, a sign informs visitors that there is a dog in the garden. The garden has seating options, a small lake where you can swim, and a stepped terrace by the sauna house.

In the one half of the sauna house there is a spacious room with a fireplace, wood-fired sauna with shower, toilet, which is not accessible for mobility-aid users.

To move around the garden, there are narrow paths paved with cobblestones; most buildings are accessed via steps, and the rooms have both thresholds and narrow washing facilities.

– There are stairs in front of the buildings.

– Toilets in the rooms are not spacious and do not have support handles. No wheelchair accessible toilet available.

– Showers are narrow and with raised edge, which might not be accessible to wheelchair users.

– Some contrast provided inside the renovated rooms for people with visual impairment.
