City promenade stretching along the sea coast, starting at the beginning of Elvegata Street on the sea coast and crossing several parks up till the city’s outdoor gem – Odderøya area, the former naval base, which nowadays has become a nice recreation area with picturesque paths, cosy small beaches, with a long rocky views to the sea and the city. Don’t miss the local fish market nearby – Fiskebrygga.
Promenade is accessible to all. There are direction signs along the promenade, fishing spots, swimming sites, nice viewing sites and benches. As well as children playgrounds. Enjoy the walk!
