Getliņi waste landfill Environmental Education Centre offers excursions to small groups with a story about the city’s waste landfill history and waste circulation cycles, as well as a bus ride across the territory, including driving up to the highest hill of Riga (50m)!, which offers unusual views to Riga.
There is a tactile area map (incl. the hill) availabe at the Getliņi Environmental Education Centre.
Excursions should be booked in advance through Getliņi EKO website getlini.lv or by e-mail: ekskursijas@getlini.lv.
