This building contains the local community center, the Department of citizenship and Migration, along with a branch of the Riga social service, and the local chapter of the city library. Several parking lots for invalids are situated outside. Although the main entrance is NOT traversable by wheelchair, a side door is equipped with an access ramp. The ground floor has wide corridors and no thresholds, convenient signs point toward the customized toilet, and the elevator for access to higher floors.
