Promenaad kulgeb piki Ogre jõe kallast, pakkudes vaateid jõe kallastele ja vete voolamisele, lubades kogeda 1920.–30. aastate Ogre supelkuurordi õhustikku. Promenaadi alguses asub 1966. aastal üle Ogre jõe ehitatud jalakäijate sild, mis on suurim kaarsild Lätis.
